Switching to keto diet helped my acne to be nearly gone, but not completely. I always had a hunch my acne was due to an imbalance in my blood sugar levels (same with my migraines). vegan diet, fruitarian diet, paleo, keto, carnivore (every diet), washing daily, never washing, cleansing, enemas, fasting, enzymes, zinc, cod liver oil, rose hip oil, jojoba, almond oil, nivea cream, DIM, other random supps. have had acne since 14 years old to varying degrees.
